Resident Parking

Residents of Elmont can find affordable and convenient parking at the Elmont-UBS Arena LIRR Lot for their daily commute.

Select the REGISTER NOW button to register your vehicle. Once approved, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions to pay the annual fee, which provides authorized access to park in the lot.

* Must be an Elmont resident to utilize the commuter lot.
* Only registered vehicles are approved to park in the commuter lot.
* In addition to an annual $10 permit fee, Elmont residents pay for parking when they arrive at The Elmont-UBS Arena LIRR Lot on a daily basis. The cost is $5 per day.

We have gone digital! Permit stickers will no longer be issued. This new system stores vehicle info, so no sticker is needed. Current stickers are still valid until expiration. Residents with an existing sticker will be sent an email to renew through our new online system shortly before their sticker expires. New residents or residents without a sticker should register as a new customer here.
